Christ Icon

This icon is the image of the invisible God. The image of Christ, God Incarnation, shows us the Merciful Face of the Father.

The icon speaks of God made Man. “No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.” (John 1:18, New International Version). 

All our icons are made in the tradition of icon painting: wooden base is primed using old methods , with paintings using only natural pigments, gilded with gold leaf and according to icon-painting instructions.
